How do I play?
Drag a piece from the dock onto the board. Fill a row or a column to make it go BOUM. Watch the tilt meter: stone is heavy, wood is medium, balloons pull up. Past 20° everything slides off.
I lost my progress!
Progress is kept on our servers. If you linked Apple, Google or Facebook in Settings › Save my progress, link the same account on your new phone and choose "Load it". Otherwise write to us with your old Player ID.
A purchase didn't arrive
Open the game with an internet connection: paid items are delivered automatically. You can also use Settings › Restore. Still missing? Write to us with your Player ID and the store receipt.
How do I cancel Boum Club?
iPhone: Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Android: Google Play › Profile › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions.
How do I delete my account?
In the game: Settings › Delete my account. Or see the delete account page.
